New Apple PowerBook Laptops
It’s been almost 2 years since Apple updated their Powerbook line of laptops. Today they finally relased new PowerBook models.
Among the new features inside these models is a Sudden Motion Sensor that helps protect your hard drive in case of a fall. The Powerbook also has a new trackpad with a special scrolling capability that allows you to drag two fingers over the
trackpad in order to scroll vertically and horizontally or pan around an active
window.
From now on the Powerbook line will come with a minimum of 512mb ram in each notebook, that’s a smart move being that the latest Mac OS can be very memory taxing. Built-in Bluetooth and 802.11g is included in all the new models as well. And the Processor inside is still a G4.
Prices start at $1,499 for a model with a 12-inch screen. For more check out Yahoo! News and Apple.
