Timbuk2 has a great selection of colorful laptop bags. PC Magazine has a recent review of their Marina Computer Handbag which retails for $80, comes in red, orange, green, blue or black, has comfortable shoulder straps, a water proof bottom, pockets for extra gadgets, and fits most 15 inch notebooks. Aside from the Marina Handbag, Timbuk2 also has some other great bags including their Laptop Zip Case which has more of a corporate look going for it. They also have a line of colorful quilted laptop sleeves. What I love about Timbuk2′s bags is that each of their bags has lots of colors for you to choose from.
