Timbuk2 has a great selection of colorful laptop bags. PC Magazine has a recent review of their Marina Computer Handbag which retails for $80, comes in red, orange, green, blue or black, has comfortable shoulder straps, a water proof bottom, pockets for extra gadgets, and fits most 15 inch notebooks.
