The Nachus EMP-Z coin-sized mp3 player puts all other mp3 players to shame in terms of size, weight, and being wearable. I4u has a review up with pictures of the player. I think that this mp3 player has a lot of chick appeal to it, being that it can really be worn as an accessory and it has a simple and refined design.
