Here is yet another way to decorate your cell phone. The Dial With Style kit personalizes your cell phone via straps, charms, glittery jewels and puffy paints. This arts & crafts project will only set you back $13, but beware of the fact that by using this kit on your phone, you’ll be essentially destroying its sell-it-on-Ebay value.
