Party Like it’s 1999 with the Hanns.Time Square LCD TV

New Year’s is just a few weeks away. Most people aren’t fortunate enough to watch
the ball drop in person at Times Square in New York, so they end up watching it
on TV. Well how about ringing in the New Year by watching New York live on
Hannspree’s Times.Square LCD TV? The Hanns Time.Square LCD is half sports watch
and half LCD television. It has two hinges on both sides, one with a clock and
one with a thermometer. The hinges open up to reveal a set of speakers. The LCD
itself measures 12 inches and has a standard 4:3 aspect ratio.
This strange but stylish TV retails for $449.99. And In case you’ve never
heard of Hannspree, their web site is worth checking out - they probably make
the most unique themed LCD’s in the world; they have everything from
Disney-themed TV’s - to LCD’s designed like a basketball.

More like they ARE fortunate not to watch the ball drop in person from Times Square! Ugh! It’s so crowded and super cold. Not to mention how expensive everything is and how difficult it is to get around or in/out of the city! (This coming from a woman who LOVES to party in NYC…)
I’m all for watching the ball drop on this nifty LCD!
