G439 A round of applause for Nancy-Lang Feldman of Computer Shopper Magazine who did some research and created a list of the big shopping site’s phone numbers for her "Consumer Alert" column. I love shopping on Amazon.com, but have you ever tried finding their phone number? Good Luck!

    Thank you so much for these phone numbers. I was getting seriously frustrated when I decided to google “half.com phone number” and found this site. What a relief!

    Yeah, seriously, THANKS A MILLION. Calling half.com was almost a pleasure after I found the number on here. Much easier than trying to fix everything myself and quick response time (probably because the number is so hidden).

    i recently ordered 3 dvd,s from amazon the total was 21.99 and
    20.47 and i got charged 2.98 for the 21.99 order and 9.97 for the
    20.47 for shipping. grand total of 55.41 all thru the ordering process i was quoted free shipping but when i got my copy of the
    order i was charged 12.95 for shipping. when i clicked on my
    account it locked up my computer so after spending about an hour
    trying to get the phone number from amazon’s site i typed in amazon . com phone numbers. thank you so very much i am quite
    angry and intend to let amazon know about it. again thanks much.

    Still waiting for email response to issue, this number worked great. Should it really take days what a 30 second phone call did. Customer service is great as long as you don’t need it.
