CES 2006: Necklace PMP from X-Micro

This little Personal Media player from X-Micro is designed to wear as a necklace. It has a full color OLED display with 65k colors, a text and photo viewer, an FM radio, it plays Mp3 and WMA files, records voice as WAV or ASF files, and it recharges via a USB cable. It will be available in 256mb, 512mb and 1gb versions. This little charm measures 54mm wide by 16.5mm high. With the actual display taking up about 1/5th of device – who would actually want to watch videos on this thing? This PMP is probably better off suited as a conversation piece as opposed to being used even as an occasional media viewing device.
