Collagebt160revisedfriThe Jabra BT160 must be the world’s most customizeable bluetooth headset. The headset comes with a selection of 33 design covers, so that you can literally have your headset match your outfit that day.  If none of the 33 designs satisfy you, you’ll be able to design your own via Jabra’s web site. The headset has 6 hours talk time and 110 for standby. It also weighs a scant 16 grams. The BT160 should be available soon for a retail price of about $59.95

I bought four Jabra bt160 all at the same time off the internet and two are broken after one month.
the red light on one stays on and will not charge but hen plugged in if I press hard on the button it turns blue but still won’t charge if I hold it down. The second one the red light went on and never worked again( will not charge) no light at all. the other two shut off after a half hour of non active use.
I don’t know what to do with them. Does anyone know what I need to do like open then and fix them some how. or trash them.

thnaks for reading and any replies will help.

Mine did the same thing. I bought one with my Motorola Q about 6 months ago and my bluetooth wouldn’t charge. Since I couldn’t find the receipt, I had to buy a new one. Did that about 2 months ago and now that one has done the same thing.

I called Jabra’s Customer Service and they instructed me to return the bluetooth with the receipt. Having a little difficulty locating that one also. I asked them if they have had any problems with this model – he said no…..then I find this…

I won’t be buying another Jabra if I can’t get this one fixed or replaced. I only bought it because I love leopard print and it has the changeable feature.
