Luxury Body Dryer Gets Rid of Towels for Good

luxurybodydyer 1 Luxury Body Dryer Gets Rid of Towels for Good
One of the many reasons I dislike public restrooms are the hand dryers, they never seem to work and they can be scalding. An English company named Triton has developed the Luxury Body Dryer. Think hand dryer – but bigger. This is a full body dryer that will make the moisture disappear off of you in just three minutes. Is the Luxurious Body Dryer a novelty device for the luxurious lazy, or a gadget from the future that will eventually end up everywhere? Either way I foresee many nasty lawsuits in Triton’s future.

With hand dryers already giving jitters, I don’t know how many will go for this. Nothing can beat the feel of a cozy towel on a body.

    I absolutely agree with Vikas.
I don’t see to many people going for this.

I don’t see the luxury in this. If anything, luxury means being able to afford the time to do things at your own pace, eg running a bath vs shower, drying your skin more slowly. But it takes only a few seconds to dry yourself with a towel, so nothing really gained by using a dryer.

Also, contrary to the company’s claims, hot, dry air cannot be gentler on skin than a fluffy towel. Besides, the most effective way to moisturize is after towelling when the skin is still slightly-damp, not dry. Neither is it any more hygienic than towels if you wash yours often.

The only context that I can imagine this being popular is as a handsfree hairdryer at gyms…

I can’t believe all these people saying “I can’t see this taking off” “What’s the point of this?”

    WANT!

You also have to remember the market out there of people who want the ability to dry off, without touching towels. Towels can harbor many germs/micro organisms especially if not laundered correctly. I can imagine many people wanting one of these, myself included.

Fantastic! Just like in the movie Bob the Butler with Brooke Shields. I’ve wanted one ever since I saw the movie. This not only dries your body, but your shower- no more mold. Less laundry is definitely a good thing for everyone- especially with children( and husbands) who throw their towels on the floor.

I think it’s absolutely fabulous and I’m having one fitted as I speak, but not because if’s a luxurious item it’s a necessity as I can’t use my hands to dry myself anymore because of rheumatoid arthritis. It will give me a little bit of independence and privacy back, I only wish people would try and look at things from all different aspects before passing comments.
Roll on any other item that will make my life easier.
