If anything, luxury means being able to afford the time to do things at your own pace, eg running a bath vs shower, drying your skin more slowly. But it takes only a few seconds to dry yourself with a towel, so nothing really gained by using a dryer. Also, contrary to the company's claims, hot, dry air cannot be gentler on skin than a fluffy towel. Besides, the most effective way to moisturize is after towelling when the skin is still slightly-damp, not dry. Neither is it any more hygienic than towels if you wash yours often. The only context that I can imagine this being popular is as a handsfree hairdryer at gyms... I don’t see the luxury in this.
