I ran out and bought 2 of these after seeing them here. The sound is great, and they are easy to use: just plug your iPod in and listen away. The pillow does have its own volume control and the sound is good. The pillow is comfy – slightly fuzzy on one side and smooth on the other, it feels sort of like a squishy wristpad.

The only cons I found were that the pillow is not washable (obviously since it is a speaker), and that if you pull the cord out too fast/hard you can pull out the section where the cord connects to the pillow and rip out some of the stuffing (inspect your pillow before you buy it). There is also no pocket to tuck in your iPod.

The pillow comes in a re-usable case and states that it can also be used on airplanes and with other electronics. One of the pillows I bought was a gift for a new mom so she can listen to her tunes without using head/earphones and keep an eye on baby. All in all a good deal for under $10!
