I have the Samsung MM-A920 and my phone when i turn it on will not go past the Sprint Nextel logo and it restarts over and over again. The phone was fine earlier but now I started to have problems with it. If anybody knows how to fix this please help me. I called Sprint and they want to give me a new phone the Samsung 500 but I dont want that phone I want mine since I payed so much for it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
