		<description>The whole iPod training thing seems like quite the craze right now. I wonder if it is just a fad or if it is really going to catch on and become a mainstay in fitness. I suppose if you don&#039;t know how to properly perform an exercise, watching a video would be very helpful. I think video is where it is at. I personally would rather watch a see hwo to perform an exercise than listen to someone counting off reps. IWorkout seems like they have a really good system. Who knows, maybe we&#039;ll all be wearing our iPods at the gym soon....</description>
