		<description>Oops, that was a CueCat barcode scanner. They were all over the place as freebies a few years ago. Being able to use it with Readerware (see other comment) made entry MUCH easier.</description>

		<description>I also highly recommend Readerware (www.readerware.com), which I notice has a newer version than I have. It can use one of those Cybercat barcode scanners, or you can manually input the ISBN, and it will get the info from Library of Congress or other sources.

I notice their website also has links to free barcode scanners. I&#039;ve used it to catalog the thousands of paperbacks my husband and I ended up with when we got together and consolidated (extensive) book collections.</description>
