Previously we recommended AllForms, a great free online form builder. Creating online forms can be a hassle. Most average folk aren’t too keen on figuring out how to store the data submitted to forms, so that is why there are so many companies online that will do it for you, but they will charge you. JotForm is another great Free Online Form Builder, but unlike AllForms which can get a bit complicated, JotForm’s Drag and Drop interface may be easier for some people. Like AllForms, JotForm allows you to extract your data as an Excel or CSV format, and you can include your own header and footer on the forms.

Thanks so much for the heads up on this Jotform solution. I LOVE it. I was fiddling around with cforms and formbuilder and none allowed me to create the kind of form I wanted with such ease! I was then able to plop the Form code into dreamweaver and make the Formatting changes easily then put it into my wordpress page. Voila!
