Metacafe’s Producer Rewards Program Pays Video Submitters

YouTube is wonderful and all but we prefer Revver because on Revver, that home-made video of yours can earn you some cash. Now Metacafe is also offering a chance for video submitters to make some money as well, with its Producer Rewards Program. For every thousand views, you earn $5.
So if you manage to score 200,000 views than you just made a grand. Getting that many page views isn’t so impossible considering how many viewers come to these sites. So far one of their top earners has supposedly earned almost 25 thousand. We can’t help but wish YouTube adopted a similar policy, but we doubt that that will ever happen.
