Vaja Caddie Collection Cases Include a Leather Bag to Carry Your Gadgets In
January 31, 2007
Vaja, a company renown for their quality leather gadget cases has a new Caddie collection for the Motorola Razr V3 & V3i, Palm Treo 700 series and the iPod video 30, 60 & 80GB. Each case comes with a matching leather bag which we consider to be very practical, because even if your gadget is wearing a case, a small bag is needed to insure extra protection against spills, crumbs and other harsh elements. And similarly to other Vaja cases, you can also customize your own Caddie model by choosing from several leather colors, and you can also have your name or logo embossed on the backside of the case.

Pyramat’s Portable Sound Booster Rocker Chair
January 30, 2007
We spotted Pyramat’s G Flex Booster RockerSound at CES but it somehow slipped our minds despite the fact that it was kind of neat being that the Booster Rocker is the first video game sound seat that is truly portable. The lightweight seat is collapsible even though it has 2 built-in speakers. Pyramat’s G Flex Sound Booster Rocker retails for $59.99 and is available in pink or blue.
VTraveller Skype Phone is Cheap But Not a Piece of Junk
January 30, 2007
The VTraveller Skype Phone is an affordably priced Skype phone that doesn’t look like it’s junk like so many other inexpensive Skype phones do. The $29.99 device features Keypad dialing, personalized ring tones, one click voicemail and a LED indicator for calls. Unfortunately the VTraveller doesn’t sport an LCD display, but for this price it’s hard to complain, especially since the package throws in a carry case, a 30 minute SkypeOut voucher, as well as a voucher for 2 months of Skype Voicemail.

January 30, 2007
After attending the Windows Vista and Office 2007 launch today, I can breathe a sigh of relief. It feels like Vista has been talked about for ages and now it’s finally here, and I’m hoping that that is a good thing.
Hello Kitty’s Cheap Mp3 Player and Matching Docking Station
January 29, 2007
Spectra has a very pink Hello Kitty MP3 Player that also doubles as a USB stick. The Mp3 player has a pathetic 128mb of on-board memory but it can be expanded to up to 1GB via SD cards. We like the included pink earphones, pink necklace strap and its $49.99 price, but the 5 hour battery life certainly leaves you lusting for more. Which is why you’ll need to get the matching Hello Kitty Docking Station for $19.99, so that you can easily recharge the MP3 player while also listening to tunes off of it.
Init Rubber Notebook Case Suffers from the Measles
January 29, 2007
We’re strangely drawn to this case. Maybe because it reminds us of Connect 4. The Init Rubber Notebook Case is a lightweight and durable rubber laptop case with a slim design and a velvet interior. The oddest part is that the exterior is covered with rubber bumps, but those bumps probably help to shield your laptop from the elements. And for $17.99 we’re willing to break the mold and actually carry one of these around, even if our friends end up making fun of us.

Which real estate space is looked at everyday and often? Why, your cellphone desktop of course. For only $1.99 each, you can decorate it with an original work of art. StartMobile.com has a dizzying array of artists’ [some very well known, most emerging and/or underground] works made into downloadable wallpapers. The only caveat is that it currently only works for T-Mobile, Cingular, and AT&T phones, and you must also have internet access.
Media Decor’s Hide and Chic Series Transforms Your Flat Panel in to a Painting at the Touch of a Button
January 28, 2007
The large flat panel at the center of your living room might be art at its finest to a geek, but perhaps your significant other thinks that the room needs to have traditional art at its center. Media Decor’s Hide and Chic QX Robotic Art Series brings together the best of both worlds by enabling your flat panel to transform in to a framed painting at the touch of a button. The system silently raises the artwork when you want to watch TV and a robotic arm guides the display through the mounted picture frame into the room when you want to show off artwork. Pricing for this neat system begins at $14,350 which will also afford you a choice of over 500 art selections. An art connoisseur might call this a travesty. We call it compromise.
Logik Internet Radio Streams Music Files off of Your PC
January 28, 2007
Here at Chip Chick we advocate buying yourself an internet radio over an XM or Satellite radio. Why? Because internet radio doesn’t require any monthly fees, and heaven knows that we’re all paying too many monthly fees for various services as it is. It just seems wrong to have to pay for radio. That is why we’re totally digging the Logik Internet radio which connects via wi-fi to bring you over 5,000 radio stations. And it also adds icing to the cake with the ability to stream MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV and AIFF files off of your computer’s hard drive. The Logik Internet Radio retails for £129.99.
