ImageChef is an image generator site with a nice assortment of images to customize as your own. There is no registration required, and the whole process is as simple as choosing your image and inputting what text you want to customize it with. They have some animated images, but mostly static ones. After you generate your image they will provide you with the html code required to display that image on your blog or web site, or you can download the image directly to your computer. They also have a selection of customizable AIM, Yahoo and MSN icons which you can download to your computer.
