Supposedly the wave action caused by rocking back and forth side to side and up and dow,n causes your legs and core muscles to exercise while improving your balance. We’re a bit skeptical about the whole thing, but the 8 year old girl we noticed playing with it in the store did look like she was having a blast. OSIM’s USurf retails for $499.
