The LifeStation definitely has the looks to fit in too your home entertainment system. But does it have the chops? The system runs on a Core Duo mobile cpu with a 945 chipset. So that means no heavy gaming allowed. On the other hand it incorporates the advanced ATI Avivo HD decoder engine with HDMI, HDCP which they claim ensures smooth, flawless playback of high definition content. You can customize the system with up to 750GB of storage which would hold over 250 hours worth of TV and you can also add a LifeServer to the whole set-up which could add an additional 6 terabyes of storage to your set-up. Gadget Fashionistas will appreciate that the LifeStation is available in a choice of 3 colors. We don’t see any pricing on their site, but something tells us that it will cost you a pretty penny to have this pretty device.
