Ceramic Egglings Give Way to Plants

Which came first the chicken or the egg? Neither it seems. Egglings are ceramic eggs which have seeds and soil inside. Just crack the top with a spoon, add water and watch as the little plant inside sprouts. Eight types of egglings are available including four herbs – basil, italian parsley, mint, thyme and four flowers chrysanthemum, lobelia, phlox, petunia. After about 5 months, the egglings can be planted directly in to soil. Egglings retail for $9.95 and are a product of Japanese origin, no surprise there.
