We’re not sure why Mustek would want to even bother trying, when Slingbox is already such a successful product. But competition is generally a good thing for consumers. The upcoming Mustek DMS-100D will let you stream TV and video to your PDA, laptop or mobile phone no matter where in the world you are. So if Slingbox does all of that already, why would we bother with this fella? If they make the DMS-100D a lot cheaper then the Slingbox we’ll be all over it. (Source: Stuff Magazine, June ’07)
