Inspired by a trip to Germany’s Wartburg Castle, Eric Foxman took his love of Macs and went ahead and built a Z-scale model railroad inside of an old Mac Plus. The model is complete with a moving train as well as several tour guides and groups. Why a Mac? “I chose to use a Mac Plus [since] it could only be done in a Mac. Windows graphics are not up to the job of making anything that looks real enough to simulate a virtual model railroad.” (Source: Macworld Magazine, July 2007)
