Designed to wear as a pendant, PIX is a little circular device made up of a LED Matrix containing 177 LEDS that can display animations, images, texts, emotions and patterns. Using the PIX editor software you can design and edit the different graphics that you want displayed on your PIX. You can also share PIX data with other PIX users via email and MMS. There is also a community element to PIX – there is a PIX web site where you can connect with other PIX users. “Other users’ ID transmitted can be searched on the PIX community website,” and “Match icon comparison’ functions can only be used when already input pictures (match icons) in which their meanings and usages have been agreed upon are downloaded on PIX.” Ok, we don’t understand exactly what that means exactly, something as obviously lost in translation but overall it seems like there is a networking aspect to PIX as well.
