TrueSwitch is useless. It didn’t work well for me when I tried to move all my email from my Yahoo! Mail account to a new Windows Live Mail account I created.

It transferred email from only some folders and not the rest (I waited for a week, but the transfer still didn’t complete fully). Plus, it added the folder name to every email’s subject.
