Since this review states: "All you have to do is speak and the NTLC-9C will instantly spit back the translation", I'm more hopeful this does what I spent 400+ dollars a year ago to "not" do... Does this device translate spoken words? Or is it only recognizing shortcuts phrases for pre-determined phrase conversions? Thanks!
