The cooler is an ordinary picnic cooler that expands in to a table with 2 stools. The cooler can hold up to 28 cans plus ice and it has wheels for easy transportation. The side wings open up to create a table with cup holdings and there are two detachable seats  that snap in place under wings. This is so the kind of thing Inspector Gadget would bring to a picnic.
