HP & MTV’s Global Laptop Design Competition
HP and MTV have joined together to create a competition which pits designers from around the world against each other for the geeky opportunity of a lifetime. The winner will have their design manufactured as a global special edition HP notebook. They will also get the opportunity to attend the EMAs as a VIP of MTV, as well as get to see their design come to life in Kyoto and Houston, and of course also, take home the notebook with their design on it . On top of all of that, they’ll also win a HP Dragon computer. Yep, those are some pretty good prizes. Also, four other finalists will win a laptop skinned with their design. So far there have been many entries, and so many of them are stunning. You can see how the design entries would look on a HP laptop right on the contest’s site. Which begs the question - why can’t we have the option of designing our own laptops the same way?
