Not everyone has an MP3 player with tons of space for their music files, or maybe those of us who do have DAPs with massive 80GB hard drives still can’t manage to fit in all their music. ShrinkMyTunes is here to solve that problem with their special compression technology that has been developed by Nasa Scientists. Essentially, the ShrinkMyTunes technology “shrinks” your music files so that you can get up to 4x more music on your MP3 player or mobile phone. Unfortunately, your music files will lose some of their sound quality, but the difference is just barely audible – at least for us anyway. The cost for the ShrinkMyTunes software is $39.99 as and it’s currently compatible with Windows based PCs. A Mac version in the works as well.
