Well here is one freebie trend we’d love to see come over to the U.S. In Japan there are “Sample Labs” full of product sample freebies. An $11 annual fee gets you access to lab, and each visit lets you take up to 5 items per visit. However,Before each visit you have to pre-register online or via cell phone. Diet noodles, keychains, hand cream and coffee are just some of the samples that are available (Source: Wired Magazine, November ‘07).
