Ordered a wristband almost 7 weeks ago, no response to any of my emails but eventually arrived today. It has nothing on it! You have to contact them and they will send you an electronic version of the concert!?!?!? 35USD for a cheap and nasty writband with nothing on and then they make you do the work putting the files on yourself!!
