While we’re not going to vouch for the camera’s quality, the specs are pretty impressive for a $59.95 price tag. Argus’s DC 5195 has a 5 megapixel CCD, it also has a 2″ LCD, 4X zoom, 32MB of internal memory which is expandable via SD cards and it can record movies up to 640×480 resolution and it features TV out recording with sound. While the design of the camera isn’t super attractive, we do like its small size.
