In the world of Super Mario Bros., is there anything more exciting then finding a 1up mushroom? Not even a Star can compare. Now you can grow your own 1up mushrooms at home. Add potting soil to the included green pot, push the spores deep inside, and then leave it sitting for a few weeks in a dark place. I could have sworn this ended up being a hoax when I first saw it a year or so ago. Maybe I’m thinking of something else. Or someone built a real product based on the hoax since it was an extremely popular idea.

We thought the same that it was a hoax but it was actually featured in their retail catalog that I received several days ago as well as on their website.
