WireTap Studio Lets You Record Anything You Can Hear, Even iTunes Internet Radio
The motto behind Ambrosia Software’s WireTap Studio for Mac is that if you can hear it, WireTap Studio can record it. And it certainly can record just about anything, including: audio from any line-in source, audio from any application including Skype & iChat conversations, audio from DVDs, and you can even record internet radio from iTunes to listen to later on your iPod. The software comes with an integrated editor that also lets you drag and crop audio add fades and see your edits. The app also works as great Podcast recording software. Overall, WireTap Studio looks like an excellent software app to have in your arsenal, if you are using a Mac. We’d advise to get it while you can, because we imagine that the RIAA will be knocking down their door eventually - but we really hope that that never comes to fruition.
