Sonic Boom Sweetheart Alarm Clock Isn’t all That Sweet

Here we go again another alarm clock…no it has no dock or MP3 capabilities for a change. This is just a good ol’ alarm clock that will shake you right out of bed. The Sonic Boom Sweetheart is from the same company who brought you the Sonic Bomb alarm clock. It has pulsating alert lights and it’s LED is the color of the rainbow. For some, the fact that it’s shaped like a big pink heart might be endearing but it just shows there is a thin line between love and hate…especially when it’s an earth shattering alarm clock. The clock retails for $30.

I have this alarm clock and I love it. The sound alarm is horrible, but I only use the vibration. I didn’t want a sound alarm clock, and that’s why I bought this. Not wanting sound, an ipod dock would have been useless to me!

The reason this alarm is so ear-splitting is because it was originally designed for deaf and hard of hearing people.
