Fooze Ball for the 21st Century

If you just happen to be passing through Milan, Italy, next week you may want to check out the Milan design week which will be featuring “11” – A design reflecting the love of Football (soccer to us in America). It was created by GRO design and TIM model makers and is a totally unique modern approach to the standard fooze ball table. From the outside to the inside, the concept and design is outstanding and brought about in great detail. “We were interested in creating atmosphere through form, colour, material and subtle use of light, bringing a heightened sense of drama and excitement to the game. The table’s flowing lines express the dynamic aspect of football, while reducing unnecessary detail to allow the raw energy of the game to come to the fore.” Even the player figures are special. They are made of solid brass and covered in a bright silver chrome mirror finish that looks a million bucks, and if 11 ever goes up for sale, we’re sure that it’ll cost something close to that. This is a would be toy for rich geeks. In any case it would make Joey and Chandler proud!
