The Aeris urban cycle looks like something out of Aeon Flux. If you don’t know what that is, just disregard the fact that we even mentioned it, nor will we will ever admit to having sat through the whole movie. Anyway, the futuristic Aeris urban cycle features indicators built in to its handlebars to help prevent accidents like having a car cut you off. The whole bike is made of Hybrix, a material supposedly as tough as stainless steel but lighter than aluminum. And believe it or not, the Aeris will be available from Hope come Fall for about 5K. Just make sure to get a really good bike lock. (Source: T3 Mag, July ’08)
