I think they may. I just bought a new laptop and haven’t downloaded it. You don’t have to download Voxofon so that has been easier for me.

Voxofon.com is my favorite. It has many more ways to call than any of the international call providers and is dirt cheap. I use it on my iPhone, but you can also use it online or with a landline. I also was able to set up a virtual phone line with my boyfriend who lives in Austria right now. Just wanted to share my latest find!
