You never see anything remotely gadgety on the runway except for the disco balls or strobe lights for the shows. Well HP and Vivenne Tam decided to do something a bit out of the box and introduce the Vivienne Tam designed Digital Clutch Laptop. The special edition laptop represents the first time a major high end designer and computer company joined forces to not only present a notebook that is stylish but also super portable – in addition to premiering during fashion week in Bryant Park. Tam has worked with HP to design the packaging as well as the accessories to accompany the laptop.

“The top of the notebook is gleaming red and bursting with peony flowers. The peony design is meticulously carried inside the notebook, under the keypad. The notebook also features a complementary embroidered storage sleeve that helps keep the exterior protected while being carried as a clutch.” The laptop also features a extra special enter key that bears the Chinese symbol for double happiness.

The Asian themed design is exquisite and will certainly make an impression.
