Pink 13.3″ Toshiba Portege Laptop Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month

pinktoshiba-300x225 Pink 13.3 Toshiba Portege Laptop Supports Breast Cancer Awareness MonthYet another company is showing their support in for Breast Cancer Awareness month. This time it’s Toshiba Canada who has partnered with Best Buy Canada to produce a special pink edition of their 13.3″ Portege laptop. The laptop is not quite an ultraportable, nor is it the cutting edge, but at 4.6lbs it’s definitely a decent lightweight offering, especially amongst the current pink laptop options out there. The laptop comes with an Intel Dual Core T3200 Processor, 2GB of ram, a 250GB hard drive, 3 USB Ports, Bluetooth, firewire, and a built-in memory card reader. Retailing for an affordable $799, the laptop will be available until the end of the year, and $40 from the sale of each unit will be contributed to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

We mean, just look at it. We’re not exactly sure how it gets off calling this thing “pink,” but the 13.3-inch machine will be sold (or just stocked) exclusively at Best Buy Canada for $799.99.     I hope you are aware that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Even if you aren’t, it looks like all the big guns are aware of this and very keen on showing their support. First it was Sony’s laptop……
