Notch-up however is a site not particularly looking for someone out of work but instead they are looking for those who are happy where they are and wouldn’t mind moving on eventually. How it works exactly is that you must fill out the on-line application or be invited to the site. Then post your interview price. Say the price to interview you is worth $500. Post that along with your resume and once an employer finds you of interest, they will contact you and pay your for your time. Notch Up keeps 35% of the fee and you could possibly have a job. Personally I like the idea of paying people for interviews but paying for interviews to people who already have jobs? Priceless.
