There are plenty of free services online that let you create a web site. Our personal fave is Weebly. But anyway, none of these services let you create and generate your own flash based web site. With Wix, you get to start out by selecting from their pretty big selection of templates – or you can start from scratch. You can create a portfolio, a site for your business, or whatever else you might need. The fact is, the user interface is dead simple, totally drag and drop based, and about 100x faster and easier than making a flash site from scratch. The interface even provides you with free clipart, as well as an amazing amount of customization options for a web based app.
