Staring at a computer or TV for hours on end can’t be healthy, can it? Gunnar Optiks aims to soften the blow from looking at a LCD (or any other) screen for a long time. Do you get a headache from using your computer? Dry eyes? Blurred Vision? You could be sufferring from developing Digital Eye Fatigue (DEF) or Computer Vision Syndrome. I think I might be a victim myself, since I tend to get headaches and dry eyes from staring at a computer screen all day. We tried on a pair from Gunnar’s Optiks and took a looksey at a notebook’s screen while wearing it. The yellowish tinted glasses do help sooth your eyes to a certain extent, though it’s effectiveness will probably vary from person to person. Fortunately these Gunner Optik’s glasses are available in a nice selection of styles so you won’t feel like you’re a nerd who is wearing computer reading glasses.
