Today Samsung launched a set of high-performance LD series monitors that offer seamless multi-display and a new 22-inch SyncMaster 2243QW, as well as the laptop companion monitors LD220 and LD190X.  All three monitors incorporate Samsung’s UbiSync technology to help extend users’ visual workspace by connecting up to six displays to a PC via USB cable.  UbiSync technology creates a multi-monitor system that can be operated from a single PC without a graphics card or complex software installations.  With their clean contours and high-glossy black encasements they can easily serve as secondary displays for a laptop.

They have dual-injection technology, these feature-packed LCD monitors have a transparent plastic bezel with rich gray coloring that give it a glass-like appearance, and deliver crystal clear high-definition images. As well as an ultra fast 2ms (GTG) video response time, the P2270 and P2370 also offer a 1080p full-HD experience.  The crystal-like bezel frame reduces the reflection of light to reduce glare, and sits on a swivel stand for optimal screen positioning. The unique glass stand neck gives the illusion that the panel is floating. Both this and the above mentioned line  consume half the normal wattage of other monitors by using two-lamp low power consumption.

The 930ND 19-inch display is equipped with a Teradici-compatible blade server and IP address that allows data to be accessed from anywhere at any time. It boasts a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time and a resolution of 1280×1024, and produces faster compressed data transmission than earlier models for a reduction in image loss. This technology fixes the challenges of managing and securing enterprise desktops by using a chipset that compresses and encodes the PC experience at the datacenter, and transmits it over a standard IP network to desktop devices. Basically, the IT personnel’s dream.

All will be released early this year. For more specs see Samsung’s website.
