CES 2009: New Solio Emergency Readiness Charge Pack Holds Charge for a Year

Solio is at it again with making innovative solar products that work and are popular. Solio adds to its line the Solio Emergency Readiness Charge Pack which features both solar technology as well as the ability to charge it via regular electricity. Much like their original Solio Classic Hybrid Charger, the main difference being is that this particular charger besides its pretty red color, will hold a charge for a year. Charge it with electricity and then top it off with some energy from the sun. You’ll be good to go for year and out of the box it supports up to 500 handheld devices, be it GPS or mobile phones. Just select the appropriate tip for your device and you’re good to go in a snowstorm or if you are late to dinner and your phone just died. This is a must for those who travel often by car or for a new teen driver. Now no one will have an excuse why they didn’t call home. The Solio Emergency Readiness Charge Pack is not available yet on Solio’s website nor is their pricing yet but expect it shortly.
