HP Mini 1000 Vivienne Tam Edition To Have a Matching Mouse

We’ve been obsessing over the HP Mini 1000 Vivienne Tam edition series since the day it debuted. For those of you who are also a fan of the fashionista netbook, you’ll be pleased to hear that there will be a matching Vivienne Tam edition Wireless mouse available soon as well. The mouse has the same design of the netbook itself – It’s essentially HP’s ordinary Wireless Optical Mouse, just rebranded, and is overall quite lovely. Really, it’s the Vivienne Tam design that makes it stand out. Let’s face it – if you’re going to go for the Vivienne Tam Edition netbook then you’re probably all about style, so you might as well go for the complete package. The mouse comes with a micro USB receiver and two batterries. No word on pricing but it should be available soon. We’ll also have a full review of the HP Mini 1000 Vivienne Tam edition series up soon.

Hi, I am looking at purchasing the VT Mini, but I was worried that the red on the keyboard area might rub off. Does anyone have any experience with this or thoughts?

Unfortunately I just found out that the mouse is currently available only in Europe and Canada. There is no info yet for when and if it will be available in the USA
