seagate 300x191 CES 2009: Seagate’s Free Agent Theater Media Player Makes Transfers Easy

For all you old fashioned PC users who download movies and tv shows (entirely legally of course), you know the drill when it comes to the monotonous transfer process to actually watch them on your TV. Hardrive switches, cords galore and lots of progress bar watching.  Free Agent can free you of the bland routine with its dual docking system. Once you set it up once, you never have to be hassled by those pesky cables again. It then automatically syncs with new content on your PC. There are three components: a media player dock, a PC dock, and a GoTM portable hard drive.  It has 1080 High-Definition playback, crystal clear Dolby® Digital 5.1 audio surround sound support, and an easy user interface accessible by remote control.
Wow your family at those fantastic family reunions with the front-mounted USB port, where you can also plug in your digital camera, USB flash drive or external USB hard drive directly into the FreeAgent Theater for high-quality viewing of photos and home movies of years of bad haircuts and even worse close ups of your Aunt Edwina.  Available soon online at Seagate.
