Checkmate or jumpmate…I’m not really sure how you would say it in this version of Chess – the Super Mario Chess Collector’s Edition. This unique version of the game features all the usually characters. On one side of the board is the ‘Reds’ or good guys if you will, which are Mario and his many sidekicks as well as coins to represent pawns. The other side is the ‘ greens’ or the baddies which make up Bowser and all the usual suppects and Koopa Shells make up the pawns on this side of the board.
