This is probably something Batman would ride. The Xcite Bike is the most unique looking ATV we have ever seen. However it does leave us scratching our heads about how to ride this thing.  The rider places one foot inside of each wheel hub and uses a hand operated throttle and brake while steering. The Xcite Bike can top out at 30MPH or go to speeds as low as 2MPH. Some specs include a tuned aluminum exhaust with stainless steel frame, 10″ aluminum wheels, and hand control for easy maneuverability. It’s available in the colors: white, yellow, blue, red, and black. The Xcite Bike of course doesn’t come cheap retailing at $999.
