Who is Your Geeky Rock Star?

Growing up, the people I looked up to were often not the same iconic figures that my friends admired. While my friends would be busy idolizing Bruce Springsteen and Madonna, I was busy wondering about computers, technology, and the people behind it all. Personally, the opportunity to meet any software programmer or a hardware engineer would get me all excited. That is why I and the rest of us geeky folk here at Chip Chick can relate to this new TV spot from Intel so well. You’ll never find us fawning over the likes of Brad Pitt or George Clooney, but Ajay Bhatt – the co-inventor of the USB – that is someone we’d love to meet. Which begs the question, who is your favorite geeky rock star?
